Refund policy

All international sales are final.

We are not able to accept international returns at this time due to specific US import regulations. 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We don't accept return after 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return,  you can go to "request a return" section on our website and follow the instructions.  Or email us at info@octoberforest.com for a return shipping label.

All emails will be answered within 24 hours Monday through Friday EST time. Please include your order number and your name in the email.

We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not able to cover lost, stolen or missing packages. 


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, pierced earrings and ear cuff can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Shipping fee can not be refunded. 

$9 will be deducted from refund for order under $150 for return shipping fee.

For order over $150, if you would like to make a partial return, $9 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping fee.

Total $18 will be deducted from refund if it was a free shipping order. That's the original shipping fee and return shipping fee.

We don't charge restocking fee.

If for some reason,  the carrier is not able to delivery the package to the customer and the package is returned to us, we will try our best to contact you first. If you decide to get a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
