Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from New York and international sales are final. 

At this moment, we only ship within the US and to Canada.

For orders within the US:

Orders under $150 will be shipped via USPS First Class mail with a tracking number. It may takes about 3-4 business days for delivery after orders being shipped out. It depends on its destination. The flat rate shipping fee is $9.

We offer free shipping for orders over $150. They will be shipped via USPS Priority mail with a tracking number and signature confirmation is required. It may takes 2-3 business days for delivery.

For orders to Canada:

The shipping fee and processing time will be calculated at check out based on your shipping address. 

All orders to Canada will be shipped via UPS standard or UPS worldwide Expedited. 

Please note: Orders may not be shipped out on the same day they are placed. Please allow at least one business day for processing. 

Cancel or change order

Once your order is placed we are unable to cancel it or make changes. Please make sure to leave the correct shipping address.

Lost packages

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Since we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, we highly recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust.
